For the man who keeps his word.
Two minutes with a strip of paper or a soft tape and you will order the right size first time.
Shown in inches and US sizesMeasure at home in 2 minutes
You need a strip of paper (or a string or shoelace), a pen and a ruler.
With a ring that fits (most accurate)
- Lay a ring you wear on that finger on the ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in inches.
- Find that diameter in the table below.
With a strip of paper
- Wrap the strip around the base of your finger: it must still slide over the knuckle.
- Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure it in inches: that is the circumference. Find it in the table below.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
No ruler? A bank card is 3.4" long: count how many fit along your strip.

Half sizes sit halfway between two rows (about 0.4 mm of diameter).
Good to know: measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger. Wide bands (8 mm and more) feel tighter: if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
Two claws and dark knotwork that wrap around the finger.
Atlas held the world in his grip and did not let go. This ring takes that grip literally. Two detailed claws wrap the finger, a design drawn from Norse imagery, with Celtic knotwork etched along them. A darkened, antiqued finish sits in the recesses so the pattern stands out against the polished steel. The band is open at the back, so you set the fit yourself: no ring size to choose.
- Sweat and showers do not rust it
- Two claws with Celtic knotwork
- Open band, adjusts to your finger
Details & specs
Made from stainless steel for strength and daily use, the ring has a solid weight and a smooth interior for a comfortable fit. Stainless steel resists rust and corrosion, so it stays on through hand washing and workouts. The band is open between the two claws, which is what makes the fit adjustable.
The design features two opposing claws, each detailed with Celtic knotwork. A darkened, antiqued finish fills the recesses and creates contrast, so the patterns stand out against the polished high points. The overall color is silver-tone steel, with the dark detail giving it an aged, hand-worked look.
How to wear it
Worn alone, this ring is a strong focal point, best on the index or middle finger where the claws have room. Pair it with a leather bracelet or a simple watch for a casual look, or with a black tee and a worn denim jacket on the weekend. Keep any other rings plain so the knotwork stays the focus.
Choosing your size
There is no size to pick: the ring has an open, adjustable band made to fit most common finger sizes. Gently press the ends inward for a smaller fit or ease them apart for a larger one, a little at a time, and try it on as you go. Avoid bending it back and forth repeatedly in the same spot.
Why this piece
Northern detail
The claw shape and etched knotwork draw on old northern design, giving the ring a look you will not find on a plain band.
Steel for every day
Stainless steel does not rust and does not turn your skin green, so the ring handles sweat, showers and the beach.

Questions
Can the Norse claw ring stay on in the sea?
Yes. Stainless steel does not rust. Dry it afterward so water does not sit in the antiqued knotwork on the claws.
How does the adjustable sizing work?
The band is open, so you can gently squeeze it smaller or ease it wider for a custom fit. It covers a range of common finger sizes.
Can I move it between fingers?
Yes. Because the band adjusts, you can reshape it for the index, middle or ring finger. Adjust gently and in small steps each time you move it.
Can I adjust it as often as I like?
A few times, yes; constantly, no. Bending any metal back and forth in the same spot weakens it, so set the fit in small steps and then leave it.
What do the claws represent?
They draw on Norse imagery: two opposing claws wrap the finger as if holding it, each etched with Celtic knotwork.
Will the antiqued finish rub off?
It sits in the recesses, where little rubs against it, so it holds up to normal wear. Avoid polishing compounds, which can lift dark finishes out of the grooves.
What should I wear with the Norse claw ring?
A black tee and a worn denim jacket, or a leather bracelet and a simple watch. Keep any other rings plain so the knotwork stays the focus.
Where is the opening?
At the back of the band, between the two claws. That gap is what lets you set the fit yourself.
