Two minutes with a strip of paper or a soft tape and you will order the right size first time.
Shown in inches and US sizesMeasure at home in 2 minutes
You need a strip of paper (or a string or shoelace), a pen and a ruler.
With a ring that fits (most accurate)
- Lay a ring you wear on that finger on the ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in inches.
- Find that diameter in the table below.
With a strip of paper
- Wrap the strip around the base of your finger: it must still slide over the knuckle.
- Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure it in inches: that is the circumference. Find it in the table below.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
No ruler? A bank card is 3.4" long: count how many fit along your strip.
| US | EU | UK | Diameter | Circumf. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 49 | J½ | 0.62" | 1.94" |

Half sizes sit halfway between two rows (about 0.4 mm of diameter).
Good to know: measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger. Wide bands (8 mm and more) feel tighter: if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
One square face, one star, one point of light.
Atlas carried the world. You carry your day: the commute, the calls, the people waiting on your answer. This signet keeps it simple. A flat square face in a warm gold tone, an eight-point star engraved at its center and a single cubic zirconia set in the middle of the star. It sits high on the finger, so it catches the light when you reach for a glass. Four US sizes, from 6 to 9.
- Shower, gym, beach: it stays on
- Square face, star and one cubic zirconia
- US sizes 6, 7, 8 and 9
Details & specs
The ring is cut from stainless steel, a metal that does not rust and keeps its shape through daily handling. The band is solid and rounded on the inside, then widens into thick shoulders that carry the square face, so the top never feels heavy or tips to one side of the finger.
The face is polished flat. An eight-point star is engraved into the metal, and one round cubic zirconia sits at its center, so the light gathers in one spot instead of spreading across the surface. The gold color is a surface finish over the steel, not solid metal, and we would rather tell you plainly.
How to wear it
On the pinky, with a white tee and a watch, it makes an easy weekend look. On the ring finger, under a rolled shirt sleeve, it works at the office without drawing too much attention. The gold tone sits naturally next to gold-tone chains and bracelets, and it holds its own alone. Dinners, weddings and long workdays all suit it.
Choosing your size
The ring comes in US sizes 6, 7, 8 and 9. Sizes 6 and 7 usually suit a slimmer finger or the pinky, while 8 and 9 tend to fit the ring or index finger on most men. A wide signet band sits closer on the finger than a thin ring, so if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
Why this piece
Steel that stays on
Stainless steel does not rust and does not turn your skin green, so the ring handles keys, desks, showers and gym bags.
Detail kept small
The square face gives the ring presence, while the engraved star and single stone keep the detail controlled rather than flashy.

Questions
Can the star signet stay on in the sea?
Yes. Stainless steel does not rust; a fresh-water rinse after salt water and a dry cloth keep the gold-tone face and the engraved star clean.
Will the gold tone wear off?
It is a surface finish over steel, made for everyday wear. Keeping it away from cleaning products and perfume, and wiping it dry, helps the color stay even for longer.
Is the stone a diamond?
No. It is a cubic zirconia, a clear cut stone that gives a bright sparkle at a fraction of the cost of a diamond.
How many points does the star have?
Eight. The star is engraved into the flat square face, with one round cubic zirconia (CZ) at its center.
What does an eight-point star mean?
It is an old symbol of guidance and direction, close to the points of a compass rose. On this ring it is engraved simply, with a single stone at its heart.
Does the square face tip to one side?
No. The band widens into thick shoulders that carry the face, so the top stays balanced on the finger.
Which finger should the gold-tone star signet go on?
The pinky for an easy weekend look, or the ring finger under a rolled sleeve for the office. Sizes 6 and 7 usually suit the pinky, 8 and 9 the ring or index finger.
Is the face polished or textured?
Polished flat, so the light gathers at the stone instead of spreading across the surface.
