Braided leather wraps the wrist twice for a layered look, and a stainless steel horseshoe shackle closes it with a threaded screw pin. The band is braided leather, made to wrap twice around the wrist so one bracelet reads as two. The leather is soft against the skin and builds character as it ages. Every metal part, from the horseshoe shackle to the small band keepers, is stainless steel, which does not rust.
The shackle fastens with a threaded screw pin, an industrial-style closure that stays put once tightened. The hardware is natural polished steel or an electroplated gold-tone finish. Leather prefers to stay dry, so take the bracelet off before the shower, the pool or the sea, and let it dry slowly if it does get wet.
How to wear it

Can the double-wrap leather shackle bracelet get wet?
Keep it dry. The horseshoe shackle and screw pin are stainless steel and do not rust, but the braided leather lasts longer out of the water; let it dry slowly after rain.
How does the shackle open?
Turn the threaded pin to unscrew it, open the shackle, put the bracelet on, then screw the pin back in until it is snug. It takes a few seconds and holds all day.
