Shown in inches and US sizesMeasure at home in 2 minutes
You need a strip of paper (or a string or shoelace), a pen and a ruler.
With a ring that fits (most accurate)
- Lay a ring you wear on that finger on the ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in inches.
- Find that diameter in the table below.
With a strip of paper
- Wrap the strip around the base of your finger: it must still slide over the knuckle.
- Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure it in inches: that is the circumference. Find it in the table below.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
No ruler? A bank card is 3.4" long: count how many fit along your strip.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 49 | J½ | 0.62" | 1.94" |

Half sizes sit halfway between two rows (about 0.4 mm of diameter).
Good to know: measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger. Wide bands (8 mm and more) feel tighter: if you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Tungsten carbide cannot be resized, so it is worth measuring twice.
Matte black facets and a raw channel of crushed metal.
Atlas held the sky through the long night. Some rings are built for long nights too. This 8mm tungsten carbide band has a faceted, matte black exterior that breaks the light with every movement, and a recessed channel of crushed silver-tone metal down the center for a raw, textured contrast. It sits with a comfortable weight, noticeable yet understated. US sizes 7 to 15, with half sizes up to 12.5.
- Leave it on for the shower and the gym
- Faceted matte black, 8mm wide
- Crushed silver-tone metal inlay
Details & specs
This ring is made from tungsten carbide, a material known for its satisfying density and high resistance to scratches. It does not rust, so water and sweat are part of a normal day for it. The interior of the band is smooth and polished for a comfortable fit, and the ring measures 2.3 to 2.5mm thick.
The exterior has a faceted, matte black finish, a plated color stated plainly, that gives the ring a distinct geometric profile. A recessed channel runs around the center of the band, filled with a textured silver-tone metallic inlay. The rough inlay against the clean facets is the whole idea: raw and refined on one ring.
How to wear it
The 8mm width gives this ring a confident presence, worn alone or beside a watch. Its dark, textured finish works with casual clothes like a plain tee and work boots, and it can add a point of interest to a tailored suit. A steel watch picks up the silver-tone inlay; a black watch keeps the look dark and low-key.
Choosing your size
Available in US sizes 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 13, 14 and 15. The ring has a standard fit, so choose your usual size; the half sizes up to 12.5 let you get close to exact. If you are between two, or your knuckle is larger than the base of the finger, take the half size up.

Questions
Can the crushed metal inlay ring stay on at the gym and the beach?
Yes. Tungsten carbide does not rust. Rinse sand and sweat out of the textured inlay channel and dry it with a soft cloth.
What care does it need?
Very little. Clean it with a soft cloth, or with mild soap and water when needed, and dry it fully.
Does it run large or small?
It has a standard fit, so your usual size is the right start. On a wide band, if you are between two sizes, the half size up is more comfortable.
Can a man use this as an engagement ring?
Yes. Many men choose a tungsten band for an engagement or wedding ring, and this one has no stones, just matte black facets and a raw metal inlay. It comes in US 7 to 15, with half sizes up to 12.5.
What is a crushed metal inlay?
A recessed channel filled with textured silver-tone metallic fragments, so the center looks rough and raw against the clean black facets. That contrast is the whole design.
How thick is the band?
2.3 to 2.5mm, at 8mm wide. That gives it a solid, settled feel without sitting high on the finger.
Is the black glossy?
No, matte. The faceted exterior is a matte black plated finish that plays with light and shadow instead of shining.
Which half sizes are available?
Every half size from 7.5 to 12.5. Above that, the ring comes in whole sizes 13, 14 and 15.
