Shown in inches and US sizesMeasure at home in 2 minutes
You need a strip of paper (or a string or shoelace), a pen and a ruler.
With a ring that fits (most accurate)
- Lay a ring you wear on that finger on the ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in inches.
- Find that diameter in the table below.
With a strip of paper
- Wrap the strip around the base of your finger: it must still slide over the knuckle.
- Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure it in inches: that is the circumference. Find it in the table below.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
No ruler? A bank card is 3.4" long: count how many fit along your strip.

Half sizes sit halfway between two rows (about 0.4 mm of diameter).
Good to know: measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger. Wide bands (8 mm and more) feel tighter: if you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Tungsten carbide cannot be resized, so it is worth measuring twice.
Brushed black between two polished lines, with weight you can feel.
Atlas stood under the heavens and did not bend. Tungsten carbide has some of that stubbornness. This 8mm band is dense, so it has a reassuring weight on the finger, and hard, so it resists the scratches of daily wear. Its brushed black surface sits between two polished grooves and beveled edges that catch the light. It comes in US size 4 and in every whole size from 6 to 15.
- Rinse it, sweat in it: no rust
- Two polished grooves, beveled edges
- US 4 and 6 to 15
Details & specs
This ring is made from tungsten carbide, a metal known for its density and hardness. That gives it a noticeable weight and makes it highly resistant to the scratches that daily life leaves on softer rings. It does not rust, so the shower and the gym are no concern, and the smooth interior keeps it comfortable all day.
The 8mm band has a modern, architectural look. A brushed black finish on the main surfaces contrasts with the polished shine of the two central grooves and the beveled edges, which adds visual depth without any color. The black is a plated finish, and we say so. Two textures, one tone, very little noise.
How to wear it
The clean lines and black finish work with casual and formal clothes alike. Wear it as the only ring with a plain tee and jeans, or next to a watch with a suit. A black leather strap or a black steel bracelet keeps the look in one tone; a steel watch adds contrast. It also suits the role of wedding band for men who prefer black.
Choosing your size
Available in US size 4 and in sizes 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. The ring has a standard fit; for the most accurate measurement, use a ring sizer or have a local jeweler measure the finger. At 8mm wide, if you are between two sizes, the larger one usually slides over the knuckle more comfortably.
Why this piece
Durable by nature
Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest materials used in jewelry, highly resistant to scratches and scuffs, and it does not rust.
Two finishes in black
Brushed and polished surfaces side by side give the ring a refined, contemporary depth without adding color.

Questions
Can the dual groove black tungsten ring stay on in the shower and at the gym?
Yes. Tungsten carbide does not rust, so water and sweat leave the brushed black unchanged. A soft cloth after the gym keeps the two polished grooves shiny.
Will the brushed black stay even?
The black is a plated finish made for daily wear, on a very hard base that resists scratching. Keep harsh chemicals away from it to keep the tone even.
Is 8mm heavy on the hand?
You feel it, in a good way. Tungsten carbide is dense, so the ring has a solid weight, and the smooth interior keeps it comfortable all day.
Is size 4 really a men's size?
It is a very small size, there for small fingers and pinkies. Whole sizes 6 to 15 cover most men.
Are the grooves black or shiny?
Shiny. The two central grooves and the beveled edges are polished, while the main surfaces are brushed black, so the ring shows two textures in one tone.
Is there any color besides black?
No. It is black all over, with depth coming from brushed and polished surfaces side by side. There is no colored inlay and no stone.
How do I measure my ring size at home?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. That is your circumference.
Is tungsten carbide scratch-proof?
Not completely, but close in daily life: it is far harder than steel or titanium, so keys and desks leave little mark. Only harder materials, such as some stones and ceramics, can still scratch it.
